Our initial vision manifested into reality in 2007 in OliveTree Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, India for providing reliable, efficient & cost-effective accounting and finance outsourcing services to large and small and medium enterprise(SME) segments. Since inception, we have been based in Bangalore, India, focusing on rendering innovative and customized solutions to our continually growing extended family.

In Australia, OliveTree Consultants Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2013 to provide high-quality account and tax preparation services to accounting practices and CFO Support functions to CFOs in medium-sized businesses across Australia.

Sathya, the Founder and CEO of OliveTree Consultants, is a distinguished member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CPA Australia, bringing with him over two decades of post-qualification experience in providing expert advice and support to diverse businesses in India and Australia.

As a prudent leader, Sathya possesses profound domain expertise in Taxation and plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational success of the OliveTree business.

Currently based in New South Wales, Sathya oversees clients in New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory, while also managing operations in Bengaluru, India.

Vinay Sharma – B.Com, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance Investment, CPA

Vinay, a distinguished member of CPA Australia, boasts an impressive track record of over two decades, dedicated to assisting businesses with their finance functions and funding needs. As a former partner in a mid-tier accounting practice, he possesses an intimate understanding of the requirements for operating an accounting firm and supporting medium-sized businesses, having personally owned and operated businesses in both Australia and India.

His expertise as a highly accomplished client relationship executive and trusted business advisor is matched by his active role as a community leader. Vinay is deeply committed to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services to existing clients while actively fostering the continuous growth of the OliveTree Business.

Based in Victoria, Vinay effectively manages Olive Tree's clientele in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia, driving excellence and success throughout the organization's operations.

Chief Financial Officer and Director, Operations

Chandrashekar Mahadevappa – B Com, CA

Chandrashekar is an accomplished Director of Operations and CFO, boasting more than 20 years of invaluable experience. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has successfully completed the CFO program at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management - Calcutta.

As a proficient finance executive, Chandrashekar holds extensive expertise in leading and managing finance operations for medium to large businesses, making him a key asset to any organization.

Based in Bengaluru, India, Chandrashekar plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the OliveTree business. His responsibilities extend to the comprehensive oversight of HR functions and Recruitment, ensuring a seamless and thriving workflow within the organization.

Sathya Hegde BBM, FCA, CPA (Australia)

Mr. Hegde is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, CPA from Australia and a graduate in business management. He heads the Indirect Taxes, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing Practices, and has 10 Years of Post Qualification experience in various fields. He is also specialised in Management Information System, Outsourcing Contract Implementation.

Sharat Kashyap ACA

Mr. Sharat Kashyap is a Chartered Accountant from India with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce with strong accounting fundamentals. His strong accounting & taxation knowledge gained over the years needed to assist Australian accounting firms has gained client’s trust. He handles every aspect from bookkeeping to tax planning with specialisation in Self-Managed Super Funds concepts.

He aims at taking the company to a whole new level by becoming one of the most Trusted Outsourcing Partner for Australian firms. He is responsible for Business Development and Operations.

Sathya Hegde and Sharat Kashyap are the directors of the extended office ‘AccounTrust Business Advisors Pvt Ltd’ located in Bengaluru, India. Back office work will be carried at this office by professionals with over 4 years of experience in Australian Taxation.
